§ 50.06 REMOVAL OF DEAD ANIMALS.
   The Mayor shall be authorized to order the removal and disposal of carcasses of any dead animals. The disposal in such cases need not be by incineration, but both the removal and disposal shall be subject to all regulations of the Hamilton County Board of Health, and all the regulations applicable thereto. It shall be the duty of the owner or custodian of any dead animal within six hours of the death of such animal, to notify the Mayor of such death for the purpose of securing the removal of the carcass.
