§ 111.999 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.999 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Any person violating any provisions of §§ 111.001 through 111.005 of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. In addition, the license provided for in § 111.001 of this chapter may be revoked by the Council upon due notice and a public hearing.

   (C)    Any person who shall violate any provision of §§ 111.045 through 111.050 of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.

   (D)   Any person who shall violate any provision of §§ 111.065 through 111.071 this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.

   (E)   Any person who promotes, hosts, organizes, stages, conducts or participates in an ultimate fighting event or otherwise violates any provision of §§ 111.085 through 111.089 of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.

   (F)   Any person who violates any provision of §§ 111.100 through 111.104 of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished as provided in § 10.999 of this code of ordinances.

   (G)   Any person who violates any provision of §§ 111.115 through 111.128 of this chapter, M.S. §§ 609.75 through 609.763, inclusive, as they may be amended from time to time, or M.S. §§ 349.11 through 349.21, as they may be amended from time to time, or any rules promulgated under those sections, as they may be amended from time to time shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be subject to a fine of not more than $1,000 or imprisonment for a term not to exceed 90 days, or both, plus in either case the costs of prosecution. In addition, violations shall be reported to the Board and recommendation shall be made for suspension, revocation or cancellation of an organization’s license.

   (H)   Any person violating any provision of §§ 111.140 through 111.146 of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. In addition, the license provided for in § 111.141 of this chapter may be revoked by the Council upon due notice.
