The holding of an assembly in violation of a provision or condition contained in this chapter constitutes a public nuisance.
(C) Except as otherwise provided, a person who recklessly violates or fails to comply with this chapter commits a Class B misdemeanor; each day that said violation or non-compliance continues constitutes a separate offense.
(D) Any person violating the provisions of this chapter may be fined in a sum not to exceed $1,000 for each day such violation shall continue.
