933.99 PENALTY.
   (a)   Any person or corporation who shall violate the water regulations as established by reference in Section 933.01 shall be deemed to be guilty of a third degree misdemeanor, punishable by imprisonment of up to sixty days and a maximum fine of five hundred dollars ($500.00).

   (b)   Whoever violates any provision of Section 933.12 shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) for each offense. For purposes of those sections, failure to give the notice required by Section 933.12(b) in a timely manner or the commencement of the drilling of a water well without complying with the notice provisions shall be considered to be separate offenses; further, each day work continues on a well the construction of which was begun without appropriate notice having been given or each day water is drawn or forced from the earth and not returned in accordance with the provisions of Section 933.06 shall constitute a separate offense.
