933.01 ESTABLISHMENT OF WATER REGULATIONS.

(a) The Village operates a water supply system in the Village and as such, is a utility and no person or entity shall furnish water in the Village of Montpelier without the express consent of the Village.

(b) The Manager shall establish such rules and regulations for the operation of the water supply system as authorized by Ohio R.C. 755.273. Such rules and regulations shall be known as the Water System Regulations.
