§ 71.01 SPEED LIMIT; VEHICLE DEFINED.
   (A)   No person shall operate a vehicle on the public streets and alleys within the city at a speed greater than that provided in Ch. 74, Sch. I, herein. ('77 Code, § 10-80)
   (B)   The term VEHICLE is defined as provided in IC 9-4-1-2, as amended. ('77 Code, § 10-81)
