§ 71.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person, firm, or corporation who violates any provision of this code for which another penalty is not specifically provided shall, upon conviction, be subject to a fine not exceeding $2,500. A separate offense shall be deemed committed upon each day during which a violation occurs or continues.
   (B)   Upon the finding by a court that a person has operated a vehicle in violation of § 71.01 or Chapter 74, Schedule I, a judgment shall be entered against such person in an amount to be determined by the court not to exceed $100 in favor of the city to which shall be added applicable court costs.
   (C)   Any person violating § 71.03 shall be subjected to a fine of $1,000, plus court costs and attorney’s fees incurred in the enforcement thereof.
