§ 75.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Whoever violates any provisions of this chapter for which a specific penalty is not provided shall be subject to penalty as provided for under § 70.99.

   (B)   Whoever violates any provisions of §§ 75.04 through 75.06 or § 75.12 shall be fined not more than $150 (minor misdemeanor) for the first offense; for the second offense within one year thereafter, such person shall be fined as for a fourth degree misdemeanor.

   (C)   Whoever violates any section or any provision of §§ 75.50 through 75.60 may be punished by a fine not exceeding $500 or by imprisonment for not more than 90 days, or both such fine and imprisonment. Each separate day that a violation may occur or be allowed to continue may constitute a separate offense.
