§ 75.12 MOTORCYCLE, MOTOR SCOOTERS, MOTOR BIKES AND HORSES ON PRIVATE PROPERTY.
   No person shall operate, or permit to be operated, a motorcycle, motor scooter, mini-bike, trail bike or any motorized vehicle or lead or ride a horse, on any private property not owned by the operator of the vehicle or horse without the written consent of the owner of the property.
   (A)   This written consent shall be carried on the person of the operator of such vehicle or horse at all times of said operation and shall be provided by the operator on demand of any law enforcement officer.
   (B)   This written consent shall contain, or in the absence thereof shall be deemed to contain, said owner's assumption of the joint, and joint and separate, responsibility with the operator of said vehicle or horse for noise, nuisance or other violation of this code created or occasioned by such permitted use on the owner's property.
