§ 75.06 BICYCLE PATHS AND LANES.
   (A)   A bicycle operator approaching a bike path or lane shall yield the right-of-way to bicycles approaching on such path or lane.
   (B)   The operator of a motor vehicle approaching a bike path or lane from a driveway, or public or private street, shall yield the right-of-way to bicycles on such path or lane.
   (C)   No person shall operate a bicycle upon a roadway adjacent to which or upon which bicycle paths or lanes have been designated except within such lane or upon such path.
   (D)   No person operating a bicycle shall overtake and pass a moving bicycle except at the left of the bicycle being passed. Passing shall not be undertaken where the width of the path is insufficient to accommodate two bicycles abreast or where any danger to the bicycle overtaken is occasioned by such act.
   (E)   No person shall ride an animal or operate a motorized vehicle on a bicycle path except when the motorist or rider is lawfully crossing the path.
   (F)   Bicycle paths shall not be obstructed by garbage cans or other objects or by parked cars or other motor vehicles.
