(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Any person violating any of the provisions of §§ 113.01 or 113.02 shall, upon conviction thereof before any Justice of the Peace of the township, be sentenced to pay a fine of not less than $10 nor more than $100 for each offense, and costs of prosecution to be collected as other fines and costs are by law collectible, and in default of payment of said fines and costs, shall be imprisoned in the county jail for a period not exceeding 30 days.
(C) Violators of § 113.03 shall, upon conviction, pay a fine of not more than $100, together with costs for each violation thereof, as other fines and penalties by law are recoverable, to be paid into the township General Fund and in default of payment thereof may be committed to jail for a period not exceeding 30 days.
