§ 113.03 PUBLIC INTOXICATION.

It shall be unlawful within the limits of the township for any person or persons to be at or upon any house, building, ground, premises, street, land, alley, street corner, or in an intoxicated or drunken condition, or behaving in a rude or boisterous manner, or disturbing the peace in any way.
