§ 113.01 MINORS IN LICENSED PREMISES PROHIBITED.
   It shall be unlawful for:
   (A)   A minor (a person less than 21 years of age) to enter any premises in the township licensed by the state’s Liquor Control Board for the sale of malt or alcoholic beverages for the purpose of purchasing or having served or delivered to him or her any malt or alcoholic beverages or to purchase, attempt to purchase, or have another purchase for him or her any malt or alcoholic beverage;
   (B)   Any adult to give or deliver any malt or alcoholic beverage to a minor; and/or
   (C)   A minor to have in his or her possession or under his or her control any malt or alcoholic beverages.
