(A) Furnaces that are installed at the time of the adoption of this subchapter can continue to be operated and maintained so long as they are operated in accordance with the provisions of § 91.03.
(B) Within 60 days of the adoption of this subchapter, no outdoor furnace shall be operated unless a permit from the township has been applied for and issued in accordance with the permit requirements contained in § 91.06.
(C) Not more than one year after the date of the adoption of this subchapter, no outdoor furnace shall be operated that does not meet the strictest emission standards that are at that time being promulgated by the EPA.
