(A) No outdoor furnace shall be installed or operated before an application for a permit is submitted to and issued by the township.
(B) With the permit application, the manufacturer’s specifications and instructions shall also be submitted to the township.
(C) Failure to comply with the applicable provisions of this subchapter shall void the permit.
(D) The fee for a permit shall be determined by resolution of the Board of Supervisors.
