§ 91.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Any person, firm, or corporation who shall violate any of the provisions of §§ 91.01 to 91.07 shall, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $1,000, and in default of payment of said fine, be subject to imprisonment for a term of not more than 30 days. Each day that a violation of §§ 91.01 to 91.07 continues, shall be deemed to be and shall constitute a separate offense hereunder.
   (C)   Any person who shall violate the terms or conditions of §§ 91.20 to 91.26 shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to a fine of not more than $1,000 and/or imprisonment for a term not to exceed 90 days, or both, each day that a violation continues after notice of the violation has been served shall be deemed to be a separate offense.
