All members shall comply with the duties of the position as delineated in 65 Illinois Compiled Statutes 5/10-2.1 et seq. These duties include, but are not limited to, the appointment, hiring, and imposing disciplinary action with respect to the officers in the department. (Ord. 1575, 11-9-2011)
