Said board shall consist of three (3) members who shall be appointed by the Mayor with the advice and consent of the Board of Trustees. That one such appointment may be a non-resident who resides within one and one-half (11/2) miles of the Village corporate boundaries. All appointments shall be made in accordance with 65 Illinois Compiled Statutes 5/10-2.1 of the Illinois Municipal Code. (Ord. 1665, 11-13-2013)
