2-2-1: BOARD OF TRUSTEES:
There is hereby created and established a police pension board of trustees consisting of five (5) individuals as delineated in 40 Illinois Compiled Statutes 5/3-128 whether elected or appointed to the position. (Ord. 1574, 10-26-2011)
