A. Construction Required; Permit:
1. Upon conditional approval of the preliminary plat by the village board and the approval of all appropriate agencies, the subdivider shall construct and install the required subdivision improvements.
2. The submissions required to obtain all required permits shall be the responsibility of the subdivider. All permits shall be obtained prior to beginning work on the improvements. (Ord. 831, 8-10-1994)
B. Deposit To Guarantee Construction: The subdivider shall deposit with the village money in the amount of one hundred ten percent (110%) of the approved estimate of cost of said improvements to act as a guarantee running to the village for a period of one year following completion of construction and final plat approval as outlined in chapter 4 of this title and contained on the approved plans and specifications. If the improvements are satisfactory at the end of the year, the deposit will be returned. If they are unsatisfactory, the amount expended during that year on repair of the improvements shall be deducted from the deposit before its return. (Ord. 1124, 2-14-2001)
