11-15-6: PENALTIES:

Any violation of this chapter shall be prosecuted pursuant to section 1-14-11 of this Code. In addition to the imposition of fines, a contractor who fails to comply with the terms of this chapter is subject to a red tag order thereby prohibiting any further work at the site.
