The printed document, three (3) copies of which are on file in the Office of the Village Clerk, being marked and designated as the Illinois Plumbing Code, 2014 edition, as published by the Illinois Department of Public Health (herein sometimes referred to as "Plumbing Code"), is hereby adopted as the Plumbing Code of the Village as if fully set out in this chapter, with the additions, insertions and changes, if any, prescribed in this chapter.
