The printed document entitled the NFPA 70 National Electrical Code, 2014 edition, recommended by the National Fire Protection Association, Inc., three (3) copies of which are on file in the Office of the Village Clerk is hereby adopted as the Electrical Code of the Village; and each and all of the regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions and terms of said code, are hereby referred to, adopted, and made a part hereof, as if fully set out in this chapter, and from the effective date hereof, the provisions thereof shall be controlling within the corporate limits of the Village.
