All parkway trees removed because of disease or physical damage shall be incorporated into the Village Replacement Program. In accordance with this section, parkway trees shall be replaced as Village funds allow during the spring and fall planting seasons. Plantings shall be supervised by a certified Village arborist and will prioritize planting sites and species. If a homeowner desires to plant a removed parkway tree before allotted Village planting, the homeowner may do so after receiving a proper permit from the Village. (Ord. 1656, 8-28-2013)
