7-4-6: PLANTING REQUIREMENTS:
All trees which are to be planted must conform with the following requirements:
   A.   Trees, when planted, shall have a minimum trunk diameter of two inches (2") measured at a distance of thirty six inches (36") above ground level and shall be free from deformity and indication of undesirable growth characteristics.
   B.   Trees, when planted, shall be free of infectious disease or insect infestation.
   C.   No trees may be planted on parkways less than three feet (3') wide, unless, in the opinion of Superintendent of Public Works, the planting and the species of tree approved will not endanger the sidewalk, curb or other property.
   D.   All new plantings shall have a spacing of thirty feet (30') unless otherwise permitted by the Superintendent of Public Works. (Ord. 1656, 8-28-2013)
