A. Park And Recreational Facility: It shall be unlawful for anyone to occupy or use any park or recreational facility after sunset. This provision shall not apply to individuals or groups who obtained a permit from the Village for public gathering purposes which include parades, ceremonies, entertainment, games, shows, concerts, picnics and children's parties.
B. Short Form Complaints: The Police Department shall be authorized to issue short form complaints to any individual who is found to be violating the terms of this section.
C. Penalty: Any person found to be in violation of this section shall be fined one hundred dollars ($100.00) for the first offense. For every subsequent offense, a person who violates this section shall be fined two hundred dollars ($200.00) per offense. (Ord. 1456, 9-12-2007)
D. Park Facility Staffing Fee: The following fees shall be imposed for the use of Municipal owned properties: (Ord. 1647, 7-10-2013)

There shall be a two (2) hour key to key minimum use of a facility. All such staffing fees shall be paid in advance of the scheduled event date in the form of a check or cash. The security deposit shall be returned to the applicant upon the determination that no damage was incurred and all garbage was disposed of in receptacles. Cancellations must be made at least thirty (30) days prior to the reservation date to recover full refund of the security deposit. Applicants may also receive a refund in the case of inclement weather.
E. Multiple Requests: In the event of multiple requests the following organizations or individuals shall be given the first opportunity to use the subject facility in sequence:
1. Village sponsored functions;
2. Organizations contracted with the Village (i.e., baseball, softball);
3. Organizations not contracted with the Village;
4. Residents;
