7-1-2: ENCROACHMENTS:

No person shall install, place, maintain or construct any structure that encroaches upon the State right-of-way on Illinois Route 50 within the limits of the Village (improvement over the Illinois Central Gulf Railroad in the Village). (Ord. 882, 12-13-1995)
