A. Special Permit Issued; Specific Property: A special permit is hereby granted authorizing the location on and use of the subject property, legally described in exhibit A attached to ordinance 535, on file in the office of the village clerk, and made a part hereof by reference, as a cemetery for animals owned as pets, including the authorization to erect thereon such buildings as are necessary for the utilization of said property as such a cemetery.
B. Use Restricted To Pets Only: This special permit is restricted to the use of the property as a cemetery for animals owned by individuals as pets only, and shall not extend to the use of the property as a cemetery or disposal ground for deceased animals not owned by individuals as pets, such as lost, strayed or dangerous animals held by any individual or private or public agency or any animals owned or held by individuals or private or public agency for profit or for commercial or research purposes.
C. Compliance With Regulations:
1. Property Use: The utilization of the subject property as a pet cemetery shall be in accordance with any and all municipal, county, state or federal regulations pertaining thereto.
2. Improvements: Any and all improvements to the subject property shall conform to any and all municipal, county, state or federal regulations pertaining thereto.
D. Special Permit Noted On Zoning Map: The village clerk is hereby authorized and instructed to note the special permit made by this section upon the official zoning map of the village. (Ord. 535, 7-23-1981)
