3-18-4: PENALTY:
   A.   Any person who is found to be in violation when a citation is issued shall be fined not less than $100.00 nor more than $750.00.
   B.   A violation shall be deemed to occur for each day the violation is present.
   C.   Any person who fails to be licensed shall be fined not less than $250.00 each day not licensed from date of issuance of citation. (Ord. 1959, 9-9-2020)
