7-5-1: DEFINITIONS:
The following words shall have the following meanings for the purpose of this chapter.
 
MURAL:
An inscription, drawing, mark or design that is etched, painted or sprayed upon the exterior portion of a building and is visible from the public way. Illegal graffiti shall not be considered as a mural. (Ord. 2040, 8-23-2023)
