3-3-20: PENALTY:
Any person violating any provisions of this chapter shall be subject to penalty as provided in the Liquor Control Act of 1934 1 ; and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues. (Ord. 1731, 10-14-2015)
