3-3-19: REVOCATION OF LICENSE:
The Village President may revoke any retail liquor dealer's license for any violation of any provision of this chapter, or for any violation of any State law pertaining to the sale of alcoholic liquor as provided by State law. (Ord. 474, 2-8-1978)
