A. Term: All liquor licenses shall run for a period of one year commencing on January 1 and shall terminate on December 31 of the same year. (Ord. 1819, 11-20-2017)

C. Surrender Of License; Refund: Any holder of a liquor license under this chapter may surrender said license by delivering same to the Village Clerk, together with a written statement indicating the license holder desires to surrender the license effective as of a certain date. The holder of said license shall, after said date specified, no longer engage in the sale of alcoholic beverages of any type. The holder of a license so surrendered shall be entitled to a refund of the license fee paid for the current year, prorated on a monthly basis, for the period from the first day of the month immediately following the date of termination through the end of the license term.
