3-3-3: LICENSE REQUIRED:

It shall be unlawful to sell or offer for sale at retail in the Village any and all alcoholic beverage or alcoholic liquor without having a retail liquor dealer's license as provided herein, or in violation of the terms of such license. (Ord. 474, 2-8-1978)
