3-3-2: LIQUOR CONTROL COMMISSIONER:
The Village President shall be the Village Liquor Control Commissioner and shall have all of the power, duties and authority as granted by the Liquor Control Act, as amended 1 . (Ord. 474, 2-8-1978)
