There is hereby created and established the golf and cemetery board of the city. The golf and cemetery board shall be under the control and supervision of the city council and the city council shall prescribe all rules, regulations, and responsibilities of the said golf and cemetery board in a manner not inconsistent with law. The golf and cemetery board shall consist of seven (7) members, and shall exercise all of the powers and duties that the golf and cemetery board have been granted under this chapter. (Ord.
