A. Application: The application for a house mover's license shall be presented to the finance officer and, in addition to the matters required in the general form, shall also show:
1. Length of time applicant has been engaged in the house moving business.
2. Places where and periods during which applicant has been engaged in the house moving business.
3. Proof of bond as required by section 4-9-4 of this chapter. (1984 Code § 16-2)
B. Fee: The license fee for house movers shall be as established from time to time by resolution of the city council. (1984 Code § 16-3)
