A. Open Air Shows: No person shall conduct, operate or exhibit any moving picture show, theatrical performance or other exhibition of skill or amusement, circuses, menageries, wild west shows or carnivals, in any tent or on any vacant lot or on any public grounds and not in a building or enclosure built in conformity with this code or other ordinances for such purpose, without a license. The license fee shall be as established from time to time by resolution of the city council. (1984 Code § 20-11; amd. 2005 Code)
B. Theaters: No person shall conduct or operate any opera house, theater or moving picture show without securing a license therefor. The license fee shall be as established from time to time by resolution of the city council. (2005 Code)
