9-8-2: DEFINITIONS:
MAJOR RENOVATION: Reconstruction and renovation of an existing structure to the extent of seventy five percent (75%) or more of the replacement cost of said structure.
TREE: A tree which is required by this chapter and meets or exceeds the following minimum specifications according to tree type:
Deciduous Ornamental Tree: A minimum of one inch (1") caliper measured at a point six inches (6") above immediate ground level and normally growing to a height less than thirty feet (30') at maturity.
Deciduous Shade Tree: A minimum of one and one-quarter inch (11/4") caliper measured at a point six inches (6") above immediate ground level and normally capable of reaching a mature height of thirty feet (30').
Evergreen Or Coniferous Tree: A minimum height of four feet (4') measured above immediate ground level. (Ord. 1873, 4-21-1997)
