3-1-3: ADVISORY BOARDS:
The city council, by resolution, may establish an advisory board of citizens for the purpose of providing advice and assistance to any department or division within the city. Unless otherwise provided and authorized by law, an advisory board so established shall have no official authority. (2005 Code)
