The City of Mitchell hereby permits the use of tax increment financing pursuant to the provisions of South Dakota Codified Laws chapter 11-9. A developer seeking to utilize tax increment financing must comply with the City's administrative review process prior to being considered by the Planning Commission and the City Council. Such administrative review process shall be outlined in a handbook which shall be approved by the City Council by resolution. (Ord. O2018-12, 10-15-2018)
