2-4-3: EXEMPTIONS:
The same exemptions as found at section 2-2-3 of this title and South Dakota Codified Laws 10-52-2, 10-52-2.5, 10-52-2.6 shall pertain to the special tax found herein. (Ord. 1540, 10-20-1986)
