Any residential user found to be violating any provision of this chapter or requirement imposed pursuant to this chapter, shall be guilty of a violation of city ordinances, and on conviction thereof shall be fined as provided in the general penalty in section 1-4-1 of this code for each violation. Each day in which any violation shall continue shall be deemed a separate offense.
Any residential user violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall become liable to the city for any expense, loss, or damage occasioned the city of reason of such violation. (Ord. 1759, 12-5-1994; amd. 2005 Code)
