8-9-10: PROTECTION OF PROPERTY:

No person shall maliciously, wilfully or negligently break, damage, destroy, uncover, deface or tamper with any structure, appurtenance or equipment which is part of the POTW. Any person violating this provision shall be subject to immediate arrest. (Ord. 1759, 12-5-1994)
