A. Razing Permit: No person shall raze or remove any building or structure which is connected to the POTW or disconnect from the POTW without first having obtained a permit therefor from the city.
B. Disconnection: When a disconnection from the public sewer is made, the sewer service shall be closed to the satisfaction of the city. Closure shall be at the curb line on residential property and at the property line on commercial property. Inspection shall be in accordance with section 8-9-9 of this chapter. (Ord. 1759, 12-5-1994)
