7-9A-5: REVOCATION OF PERMIT:

Any permit issued pursuant to this chapter shall be subject to revocation by the chief of police of the city in the event the permitted golf cart is operated by any person in violation of the provisions of this chapter. Notice of revocation shall be given to the owner of the golf cart in person or by mail. (Ord. 2473, 5-5-2014; amd. Ord. O2020-14, 12-7-2020)
