7-9-5: VIOLATION AND PENALTY:
Any person who violates any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished as provided in the general penalty in section 1-4-1 of this code. (1984 Code § 33A-7; amd. 2005 Code)
