6-2-3: DISPOSITION OF PROCEEDS:
Immediately after the sale of abandoned property at public auction, the person making such sale shall file a report thereof with the finance officer. The proceeds of such sale shall be deposited with the finance officer and credited to the general fund of the city. (1984 Code § 2-3)
