2-8-15: DISSOLUTION OF THE DISTRICT:
BID 4 may be dissolved pursuant to SDCL 9-55-22, however there shall be no requirement that the revenue collected from the tax be used only for the promotion of the district in order for a majority of landowners to petition for dissolution. (Ord. O2023-07, 10-16-2023)
