Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon the conviction thereof, shall be fined as provided in the general penalty in section 1-4-1 of this code, and each day that any such person shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter shall constitute a separate offense and be punishable as such.
